Why Sealcoat?
When
your blacktop was first installed you noticed the
rich jet black color. As time passed, however, the
surface began turning gray. That's the warning
signal that the blacktop has become worn, porous and
rough. The asphalt binder weakens and looses
flexibility, causing the aggregate to loosen and
allowing water to penetrate deeper accelerating
deterioration of the pavement. |

foundation, resulting in sink holes, pot holes, and
alligator cracking. Cracks also trap moisture, and

sealer of choice. We have made Tarconite our sealer
of choice because last longer than any other brand
of sealer we have come across. Sand is also added to
our sealer per manufactures recommendations to
increase longevity and slip resistance.
